At RUDIS, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure every athlete is equipped for success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
